Irina Bormotova

Hello! I’m a certified nutritionist registered with The Association for Nutrition - the only nutrition organisation in the UK recognised by Public Health England and NHS.

My journey into nutrition began with a deep personal interest in the science of food and a genuine desire to help people feel better every day - not just temporarily, but in a lasting, sustainable way.

I follow an evidence-based, scientific approach focused on long-term results. My goal is not just to offer advice, but to help you build a practical and sustainable nutrition system that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle - one that supports you rather than restricts you.

I take an individualised approach with each client, tailoring recommendations to your unique goals, health data, and daily routines. After all, one size doesn’t fit all.

What matters most to me is that you feel supported, heard, and confident throughout your journey. That’s why I pay close attention not only to the physical side of nutrition, but also to the psychological aspects - your eating behaviour, inner motivation, and habits. This is how we create lasting change that stays with you.

What can I help you with?

  • Changing eating habits to support optimal health

  • Creating a balanced diet

  • Nutrition during a busy lifestyle, stress, or fatigue

  • Healthy eating for the whole family

Balanced and healthy nutrition is a key part of a healthy lifestyle. So if your goal is optimal health, join me - we’ll work together on your eating habits, balance your diet, and make it rich in nutrients. Don’t worry - this doesn’t mean giving up your favorite foods. It means a smart and flexible approach to eating.

  • Weight Management

This includes both weight loss and weight gain. Maybe you’ve already lost weight in the past but ended up gaining it back again and again. If you're ready to break this cycle and achieve a more stable result, please contact me. We’ll adjust your diet, learn moderation, and take a thoughtful approach to food. The result may not come fast - but it will be sustainable.

  • Women’s Health: Nutrition before/during/after pregnancy

  • Support during perimenopause and menopause

Women’s bodies need nutritional support during sensitive life stages such as planning for pregnancy, during pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as perimenopause and menopause. We’ll build a nutrition plan and strategies that help you feel strong, supported, and in tune with your changing body.

  • Vegetarianism / Veganism

If you’ve decided to transition to a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle and need support in making that change gradual and healthy - let’s work together. We’ll ensure a smooth transition, planned carefully, without nutrient deficiencies or imbalances. You’ll get the macronutrients and micronutrients you need while respecting your values.

If your request is different from what is described above, please get in touch with me and we’ll discuss all the details and possible options.
